Website Subscription Terms

1. Operator and scope

PlopFit is operated by PE Matvienko Andrey Kirill, M. Khorenatsi str., bld. 26 a, 201 o, Yerevan, 0018, Armenia. You must be at least 18 years old to subscribe.

The PlopFit Terms of Service govern use of the app. For website purchases, these terms replace the Apple-specific billing and cancellation rules in sections 4 and 9. Existing Apple subscriptions are unaffected. Apple's Standard End User License Agreement applies to the iOS app license.

2. Product and account

Both plans include short workout sessions, guided exercises, workout history, and progress in the iOS app. PlopFit provides general fitness guidance, not medical care or a promise of specific results.

Sign in before purchase and use the same PlopFit account in the app. Access begins once your purchase is confirmed. A website subscription does not replace or cancel an App Store subscription.

3. Seller and payment

When website purchases open, Paddle will sell subscriptions as our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record, handling billing, payment support, and refunds. PlopFit provides the app. Purchases will be subject to the Paddle Buyer Terms.

Your plan, total price, taxes, and renewal period will be shown before you pay.

4. Renewal and cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically each month or year until cancelled. Purchasing authorizes these recurring payments. Cancel before renewal using the link in your receipt or Paddle buyer support.

Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues through the paid period, subject to the Service rules. Deleting the app or your account does not cancel billing.

5. Refunds and consumer rights

See our Refund Policy. Cancelling renewal does not automatically refund a payment. Your mandatory consumer rights, including remedies for a defective service, remain protected.

6. Changes and contact

We will notify you of material subscription changes and seek consent where required. Armenian law applies without removing mandatory protections where you live.
